Step-By-Step Return Guide
- Contact Us within 7 business days of receipt of your order to let us know you would like to return, and whether you would like store credit for an exchange or cash back. We will reply with a return address
- Place your unused items in the package that your order arrived in and seal it
- Address your package to the return address provided and ship. We recommend getting a tracking number so you can track your package
- As soon as we receive your items, we will process your refund or issue store credit depending on your preference. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping + Return Policies
- You must contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your item to process a return. If you do not contact us within that timeframe, you forfeit the opportunity to exchange or return your order.
- All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been used we reserve the right to deny your return/exchange and ship your item back to you.
- All Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not assume responsibility of return shipping.
