Paint, Paint, Paint….Who loves to Paint???

Paint, Paint, Paint….Who loves to Paint???

I DO!! Although, I didn’t always like to paint, it has been something over time that I have learned to love and enjoy! To take something and put a coat of paint on it and bring it back to life or give it a more modern feel can be quite rewarding!! I knew opening my store I wanted to have some type of paint for myself to use and for my customers to be able to conquer some DIY projects at home. Now, I never discriminate against paint because I think that you can pretty much paint anything with any type of paint depending on prepwork and what your painting. Of course, the new found Chalky Finish paints help tackling a project with a bit more ease, which is why I went that route as far as retailing a paint line.

I had searched and tried out a couple different paint brands. There are so many and I am certain that they all have wonderful qualities to them! I however jumped in with Country Chic because they seemed to be more based for starting businesses. And I love that they offered 3 sizes of their paint! Which allows you to buy the perfect size for your project!!

Another wonderful thing about Country Chic is that they come out with 6 Limited Edition Colors 2 times per year! Which I love!! It keeps thing fresh and new!! They of course have 35 permanent colors all year long. They are always re-assessing Color Trends and making sure their colors that they offer are what people are wanting.
But above everything I LOVE that finish of this paint above all brands I tried!! It goes on so smooth with no brush marks, it can easily be sanded to give you a distressed feel or left alone for more of a modern fell!!
They also offer several different finishing options! 7 different Colors of waxes, 2 different Types of Top coats and a Hemp Oil!!

Along with that they have many options to add extra finishes to your piece like Metallic Creams, Antiquing Dusts, Glazes, Texture Powders, Crackle Medium and tons more!!

I hope to be able to offer different options for paints someday but for now Country Chic is my jam!! And I hope you’ll love it just as much as I do!!
