What are your store hours?
Our brick & mortar location is open Tuesday 4-6pm, Friday and Saturday 11am-3pm.

When are your live sales?
We host an online Facebook Live Sale each Sunday at 7 p.m. MST. If Sunday is a holiday, these usually take place on Mondays instead. Please check our events page for the most recent Live Sale info!

How do I change/update my payment info for a subscription?
Please login to your account here, then click on “subscriptions,” then “view,” then “change payment”
How do I cancel my subscription?
Login to your account here, then click on “subscriptions,” then “view,” then “suspend” or “cancel”
When will I be able to pick up my Wax Melt of the Month Club?
Wax melt of the Month Club orders are ready to pick up or will be shipped after the 15th of every month! If you opted to pick your up in-store and the 15th falls on a day we aren’t open, your order will be ready the very next business day.
When will my Décor or Gift Box be ready?
All of our boxes are pre-sold 4-5 weeks in advance. Once our pre-sale has closed we procure product and get it headed our way! We always send an email out when boxes are ready for pickup/have been shipped, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox! Alternatively, you can contact us here for an approximate delivery date.
